Dates are semi-dry with a dark brown skin and have high invert sugar. Mostly used for ingredient/formulation applications.
Dates Halves & Quarters
Pitted dates chopped into a variety of bite sized pieces, and lightly dusted in rice flour or dextrose to prevent them sticking together. Great for inclusion in cereals such as muesli to add sweetness and flavour. Also good for baking in cakes and biscuits.
